Of course! Why pay someone to remove lug nuts for you? If they truly are unidirectional, just switch the front left/back left and then the front right/back right.
If not, bring the rears to the front on the same side, and switch the ones that were in the front to the opposite side in the back (its in the manual)

i do front to back, cause it makes perfect sense...but i also think that you can flip flop them as well.

Almost positive that the manual says that the backs go straight up and the fronts go to opposite side in the back. You can do this by jacking up the car in the front with jack stands on both sides and using the rear center jack point to lift the entire back.

The STOCK Michelins are NOT DIRECTIONAL.
If the switch isn't in the manual than I will eat crow. But I'm pretty sure it is. If its not, its because I'm thinking about my previous car. But bOb says his tires are directional so he should just do front to back.
