well, i ordered some 18" RS limited rims off of ebay. they are gunmetal with a silver lip. i am interested to see how they look on the lapis blue. they are 18x7.5" with a 42 offset.
what size tires should i go for to minimize rubbing, and keep my spedometer accurate? thank you. |

if ur car is lowered, and u will roll the fender go with 225/40/18
if u dont want to roll the fender then 215/40/18 |

I think you are going to have to roll the fenders reguardless. I have 18x7.5 ADR's with +48 offset and 225/40/18, and I rub when taking hard turns with people in the back.

I guess what also makes the difference is that 215/40/18's provide 0.3" or 7.62mm less overall wheel+tire diameter than 225/40/18, keeping it that much further away from scraping even in load bearing situations...
