We 03ers are getting screwed! However, I would have preferred that same rim in the 18 inch just like those in Japan get it.

I like them. I agree that they're on other Atenzas (Euro?).
But how about these 17-inch alloys (polished also available for JDM-spec) for the Mazda 3? I really like this design as well. Someone posted it on Edmunds. Hopefully we can use it too (dimensions, offset etc need to match). That said, both lack recessed spokes, making it very easy to get curb rash while parallel parking! I'll have to get tires with a bulge that protects the rims, like the Falken ZIEX ZE-512s (which CR just rated the best Sporty All Season tire!) I had on my Protege with the sweet Konig Heliums.
