Default Toyo TPT All Season Replacement Tires

These tires have a 0 rating for Aquaplaning! They ride smoother, quieter and perform better than the stock tires. AND.. AND!!!! There is a 45 day ride guarantee!

"The all-season Proxes TPT is the ideal performance touring replacement for modern cars equipped with H or V speed-rated tires as Original Equipment.

Optimized casing design and a unique directional tread combine to provide superior wet or dry grip and handling with excellent ride comfort and long treadlife.

It offers a 65,000 mile treadwear limited warranty."

More info: http://www.toyo.com/tires/tire_lines/conve...ven_as/tpt.html

For those of you who plan on getting better tires before winter comes, but don't want to committ to a second set of snow tires (I can get these for you too), this is a good option.

Tires are V-rated and come in stock sizes.

17" Retails for $140-150 each
GB price of $125 each

16" Retails for $105-$115

These sound really good (especially if you think enough of them to offer them). I'm definitely planning on getting new tires for the winter up here in the Boston area, and with the trial period... definitely considering these.

So these'll handle snow/ice/slush/etc well? :)

How many orders do you need for a group buy?

I only need ONE. I'm not really in this to make money... just got a lot of the local guys asking about replacements and set this up...

As far as performance on the snow is concerned, they perform like all season tires... there isnt a tire out there that will be perfect unless you get snow tires... but these are a good combination of wet, dry and snow....

The BEST thing I would recommend for winter is a seperate set of wheels/tires JUST for winter. This way, you would be able to get some really decent high performance sites for spring/summer/fall.....

Ok, thanks for the info. I think I'll consider the winter-only option, since I want to do a hi-perf wheel/tire upgrade next spring.
