I know that the front two wheels are subjected to more brake dust than the other two. Mine are starting to spot...like water spotting, but I can't seem to get rid of it. I am using Armor All Wheel Cleaner...is this what's causing it? Is anyone else having this problem? I have only had the car a week and a half and it bothers me. The back two wheels look like they did off the lot.

Like on nearly every car out there, the front brakes do the majority of the stopping, this is why you would replace the front pads more often than the rear shoes (On drum applications) or rear pads. This is why most front rotors start out life around 1.5mm at least and the rear usually start life at 1mm or less, less wear on the rear.
So more work to stop the vehicle, more brake dust.

That doesn't answer my question though...my question is: no matter how hard I scrub, the front wheels look water spotted...not sure if it's the armor all or what?

mothers makes a mag and aluminum wheel polish...its a cream that you massage into the surface...it might take the spots off...its worth a shot...
if it does work..give your wheels a coat of wax after they are cleaned...it will help keep the break dust from sticking... hope this helps..

I'm assuming you have the Mazda 6 stock rims.
I'm pretty sure that the rims are painted, so you have to treat it like any other painted surface. There are wheel cleaners available; just make sure it is designed for either painted wheels or for all wheel surfaces. If you don't have wheel cleaner try Mequiar's Clear Coat Body Scrub Paint Cleaner. I wouldn't recommend using aluminum wheel polish since it was designed to polish bare metal surface wheels and may likely strip the paint. -SC3
