New York state has a dumb corporate tax return too. They could save money and not need fees and taxes if they simplified things and didn't need to pay people to sift through all kinds of bullshit paperwork and whatnot.

Not quite.

Gov. Paterson will pull the new plates IF the money will be made up through other cuts to the budget, these other cuts are still being debated within the NYS Senate and Assembly.
