Whatz up all. I just wanna say thank you to all the people who painted their own calipers and posted pics, how-to's, and suggestions in this forum. Your feedback has been very valuable and informative. Ok, on to the painted calipers!

Here are my newly painted calipers:

I basically went with this color because I see TOO MANY red ones out there. Although red and black DO look nice, I decided with going with this color because of a black Porsche that I saw about 2 weeks ago. That Porsche had a black body with yellow brembo calipers and black rims. I thought it looked pretty sweet and thought it might look pretty sweet on my car. So I tried it and wow, what a product and turnout! I was glad to see that the 3 coats of paint helped it look shiny and hard, even when the brush was starting to dry out on me in the later coats. I DEFINITELY recommend this product: G2 caliper paint.

Here's some more pics just in case you aren't totally convinced

I love this product and I know others who have used this product have had similar success. I can't wait to take some day pics... I'll post some when I have time. Comments and suggestions welcome.

I basically used tape and a plastic bag for each corner. I figured that taping it everywhere wasn't gonna cut it, plus if I had dripped any paint on the hub or rotors, it would just land on the plastic bag.

Very Nice!

I was thinking about redoing mine in either yellow or gold, my G2 worked well but all the pressure car washes in the winter really did the rears in.
