Not sure where else to put this but in the StreetUnit section!
Ordered some parts from them....TMIC, TBE, SU IC Hoses, some other misc parts....and a couple things were out of stock. So I waited....basically for the TMIC to come in (exhaust was on hold for some hangers). TMIC came in, they contacted me and told me parts were on the way. Informed me, at that time, the exhaust might be awhile longer. No biggy...really. I'm not in any hurry...parts will show up when they're ready. Got an e-mail the next day saying they did a little 'hook-up' and were able to get the exhaust out that day....straight from CP-E. Downpipe would be shipped out from SU same day. Now, working in the design/manufacture/CS industry, I know how hard it is to tell a customer that 'things aren't ready yet'....yet alone promise a date! To know that SU did a little something extra to get me the product is MAJOR points in my book! I mean, really, who am I???? Just another customer that ordered parts.... Or am I? What I really am is a VERY satisfied customer...one that will purchase more and more product from them. Thought I'd share my story. It's not super exciting but, again, from a CS standpoint, SU has proven they're willing to do that little extra to satisfy me!
