I have the H&R's though not installed yet. The directions list a number of cars that must have the bump stops trimmed. Neither the 6i (mine) nor the MS6 (yours) are on the list. I will be having mine installed next thursday along with some MS6 struts.

FWIW, I have the RPM Street springs, which are a little less of a drop than the H&Rs, and I didn't need to cut the bump stops. Stock shocks still for the last 30k miles or so, but I Think they may finally be starting to wear out. I'm starting to hear a little noise from them now and again.

i trimmed mine just to be safe. i did 1 nub on the front and back. i also have stock shocks. PS i LOVE the H&R's.
