Car jumping, jerking when stopped

My 2005 Mazda 6i jerks and jumps when stopped at a redlight as well as jerks and hesitates when accelerating. It's acting as if the cylinder is misfiring but then I turned off my air conditioning and the problem got about 90% better. What could this be? Could it possibly be the IAC needs to be replaced? Any feedback or suggestions would be great!

any cels?

some codes wont throw codes either, you may need a scan tool.

check for leaks, possible clogged pcv/egr, spark plugs blowing out (old, gap)

I would guess a dirty MAF sensor or other intake-related issue (leaks, broken hose, ect). The AC is putting more load on the engine, making it increase the revs. It could be other things also, but worth checking.

Oh, and wrong section.
