Yeah, pull the tape as soon as you finish spraying ASAP. Plasti-dip dries really fast. The sooner the better.

You forgot the Mazda emblem on the driver's airbag.

Still quite happy with it. I want to do more on the doors, get rid of all the wierd dark gray color, and leave all the brushed nickle as accents. The other pillars too, and maybe sunglass holder.

It was coming off the shift knob so that did not work out so well. Come summer I'll try again because as mentioned, shit gets hot.

The airbag emblem keeps eyeing me like it wants to be plastified, have not figured out how I want to do that yet. You have to tape it, and I am leaning toward doing a circle around it to make it easier. OR!! Better yet, make a stencil of a circle, making it easy to remove between coats. As we know, It'll come up with the tape if you let it dry.

Someone mentioned tan interior, my buddy just got a 2013 explorer, I do not have the heart to tell him to remove the hub caps, it'll look nicer.... And that his tanish interior is BUTT ugly. Maybe i'll get him a can of plasti for Chrsitmas.

Just do additional coats before it dries.. I usually do 2nd and 3rd coats about 5mins apart, depending on how thick of a coat the previous one was.
