ok so the start of my problem was, i would floor it and i would go to around 12psi taper to 10psi and fall off. so i was told by a shop it was my boost sensor. i just replaced it today and saw around 13psi when the intake was on, no i put on the TIP and am running around 12psi holding. but it doesn't taper off it just holds unti around 5500 rpms. Could there be a boost leak or something that i missed? i will pressure test it tomorrow but does anyone have any ideas?

Vac at idle normal? Could also be an exhaust leak before the turbo letting out pressure (mani, turbo, either gasket).

My guess is a boost leak, same thing happened to me with the boost only going up to 12ish and going down to 8. Connector wasn't fastened on the line to the boost gauge...
