I decided to keep everything mounted up front, and use the stock windshield washer fluid reservoir. It turned out great, and looks stealthy.

I tee'd into the reservoir with a 1/8-1/8-3/16 nylon tee...

To a short piece of 3/8 poly tubing connected to a small fuel filter, then another piece of 3/8 tubing to a 3/16 to 1/8 reducer. I covered the supply tubing with split loom tubing in potential wear areas.

The tubing runs along the bottom of the radiator core support, just ahead of the AC condenser.

The pump is mounted to a plate which is mounted to two of the studs used to mount the stock intake resonator.

Here are the studs I was talking about. I used a couple of washers and a nylon spacer to get the proper clearance. Note that the chassis subframe mounting bump there precludes the use of the fourth bolt on my mounting plate.

Here's the mounting plate. It's 1/8" aluminum, and measures 5-3/4" by 4".

I mounted the pump to the plate with additional nylon spacers and rubber grommets to improve noise and vibration isolation.

The pressure side tubing comes off of the pump and is zip tied to the top fo the front subframe crossmember.

The solenoid and nozzle are screwed into a PT-Performance freeze plug with a 1/8 NPT bung welded into it. Thanks to whoever initially figured this out.

I decided to mount the solenoid directly to the nozzle with a 1/8 NPT pipe nipple and female coupler. Note that I had to cut a few threads off the end of the pipe nipple that goes inside of the coupler so that the nozzle didn't bottom out on it and stop flow.

The Labonte controller is mounted on a 1/8" x 1" aluminum bracket that's secured using the fuse box's front mounting stud.

I tee'd into the BOV line with some silicone tubing to run the boost signal to the controller.

I almost forgot to install the LED indicator light, but ended up hooking it up right next to the driver side windshield washer nozzle, which is easily visible to the driver. It's almost annoyingly bright and in your face in that location, so I may end up moving it inside the cabin, as I had originally planned.

I'm happy with the way this setup turned out. The only visible sign that meth is installed is the Labonte controller, which blends right into the engine bay. Of course, it works great, too, with BAT's quickly dropping below ambient temperatures when getting into boost. I've currently got it set to start spraying at 3 psi, with full onset at about 12 psi. I'm spraying a 50/50 (by weight) mix that I brewed up by buying 5 gallons of methanol at a local performance shop and mixing with distilled water in a couple of 5 gallon gas cans. I ended up with about 9 gallons of juice for $23.

Nice job. Now you need a locking cap on the washer fluid
so some other idiot doesn't put washer fluid in it, lol!

Just out of curiosity, how do you determine the start/peak
spray pressure(s)? Is it trial and error? Or does mfg give
settings for your application?

i thought you had to take the intake manifold off to install the freeze plug adapter?

No, the manifold doesn't have to come off. Just tap one side of the old freeze plug with a long screwdriver and hammer until it rotates and you can pull it out with some pliers. Drive the new plug in with a 24mm socket, or similar tool.

great looking installation - I like the LED placement especially. (if it's too bright, try using niteshades or something to tone it down a bit maybe)

I know, I'm thinking of labeling the cap, "Methanol/Distilled Water ONLY!"

The adjustment dials on the controller aren't perfectly accurate, but fairly close. You can see the LED pulsate at the onset of spray, and go solid at full spray, so that helps to set controls, if you have a way to monitor boost. It is trial and error, but lots of people have done it before on this car. I've got mine set to 3/12 now.

Excellent install mang! Came out super nice!

Yeah start/full spray is best done by trial and error. I prefer to set full as high as possible, just before i get a bit of knock. I think i'm right around the 3 - 12psi setting right now too.

WTF? This makes no sense. How can you guys have full spray so low? And you both are running 1 step colder plugs? I think my controller is jacked because I'm going through a shit ton of fluid. I have to refill weekly if not more.
