Just finished Sunday night installing the 2871, the DNP TM, CS DP, ETS 3.5 TMIC and a custom 3" mandrel bent turbo inlet (very proud of that btw)

First of all - the install went smoothly for the most part, with the exception of the oil drain fiasco bullshit that anybody who's installed an aftermarket turbo has had to deal with. I ended up getting a drain fitting and a 45 degree fitting to allow the silcone tubing to mate up with the newly chopped stock drain on the block without resting on the turbine side. Bullshit, in my opinion, esp for a "bolt on" that I had to do this but it came out as good as it could be. Pics and part numbers if wanted.

My first impressions:

Thing pulls like a raped ape. <- I just love that term - thanks to somebody here for that one.

Very strong down low and it just pulls harder and harder all the way to redline - 6700 in my book. Once I hit 4k the friend with me said "HOLY SHIT" - awesome.

Interesting observations:

No boost creep - spikes to 19 and settles to 17.5 - this is on the stock boost controller - all the way to 6700 rpm

No fuel cut - I'm running a 3.5" TMIC and have never (in 300+ miles so far) had fuel cut.

Next things: Installing the Dashhawk and doing some logging. As well as the standback - waiting for the pnp harness. Tuning will happen in the next week or so at Church's.

I am somewhat in amazement that I haven't had a CEL, no boost creep, or fuel cut - and am now debating on whether I actually need a upgraded CDFP (which I've already bought)

Overall, very happy with the results of this massive amount of change I subjected my car to. It seems to be responding favorably.

VERY encouraging news. Interested to see what you can put down and what the Standback does for you.

That's encouraging - it's the sort of setup I'd like to have, and yours has worked without the issues others have had.

i) what exhaust did you go with?

ii) a sticking point for me - what happens at low rpm (below 2500). When does boost begin? The stock car has very poor response from a dead stop unless it's launched, and that isn't very practical in daily use.

I'm very happy to hear your install succeeded - no fuel cut, no CEL, no aggravations. It's on a roll!

Post pics and parts for the oil line change please. I also like the 2871 turbo option instead of the big monsters most are going for now so it is on my future mod list.

Nice job man!
Glad your not having any issues with boost creep.
Plan on flashing the throttle open? Really makes a huge difference with the big turbo (plenty of info on this in the near future).
Heard good things about Church...300whp ftw
