We put a contract on some land (2.5 acres) for 30K, listed at 35K, and the lady accepted the offer. No haggling! Woo hoo!:hoho We're happy! We should be moving by christmas b/c the land already has a well and septic system in place. Yippee!! No more apartment dwelling. :cool

Going to Texas on the 29th to see some family and new friends. Also too raid the leftovers from ThanksGiving.

House is a manufactured home-it's already built. I know it's confusing-so much has happened in the last 2 months with this junk. This looks like a go. :cool

Fence maybe around whole property, definitely a small area for Cody (our dog). Maybe a garage or carport. Working on it now.
