Im not sure if this is the right spot to post this but i ordered a metra kit from this member and he took out the money from my account and did not send the item i used paypal and they said this

"After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal."

i'm sorry this guy screwed you man. looks like he hasn't logged on here in a few months also. didn't seem like there was much info in the few posts he had over the previous years unfortuntalely.

is he also a member on torondomazda6? i didn't see any for sale posts from him here, and didn't see any mention of anything in his posts, though he hasn't really been active in posts in a year pretty much it seems. I wanted to make sure, as it's under site suggestions and i didn't see where it happend on here.

best of luck, does PayPal continue to try to gain funds back, or just a one shot deal?

sorry to hear that.

did you use your credit card to pay? if so you can try contact them to see if they can do anything to track this guy down.
