How do you post pics and make them appear larger in the post.

Every time I post they look like this
[attachment=38777:5.jpg]

They are always reduced by about 75% no matter the size. I have posted images that are 400 x 400 and they are still thumbnail size at best but others post and they are reduced 10% and take up my whole screen. How do I adjust it?

Because you are attaching the picture to your post. If you want them to be bigger, host the pictures on another site (try photobucket) and link the image instead of attaching the files to your post.

Someone told me I had to adjust my setting in "My Controls" I have looked all over that area.
