Sand Colored Leather Seats Changing Colors.

Actually it's not my 6 having this issue since it has black leather.

My CX-9 has the two tone sand colored interior and the driver seat is turning blue from my jeans.

How do I get the blue out without damaging or changing the color of the leather?

Mother's VLR only makes the interior shine, I need a deep cleaner.

Get a sponge applicator pad and dab with some soap and warm water, that should get rid of most of the stain and dirt. If you have years of embedded dirt, then start with something gentle like "scrub daddy" and use with soap and warm water, wipe off the excess with a microfiber towel. There are many dedicated leather cleaners but i've found them no better than using regular soap. Once you are done with the cleaning, apply some Lexol cleaner/conditioner and you'll be good.

You talking like dish soap? Might be right since it's a degreaser.

I'll give it a shot.

I steal my wife's face wash soap to clean the upholstery since it is milder and supposedly gentler, but dish washing soap should be worktoo. Just remember to Lexol it once the leather is clean.

Okay, I used light dish soap with water and soft brissel tooth brush. Most of it came out.
