I saw this on cnn today and thought it was interesting. Most of these it seems everyone should already know them but I guess maybe not.

Very basic. I think most of you know these as facts, seeing the posts and discussions. The only thing he did not mention is his stuff is retail, so the chemicals that go into it are weak-for the public. He's got another bunch of supplies that target the detailers/professional line. In this category, the waxes may look the same but last longer and may have a deeper gloss or shine, because that's what our company is up against. Just to add my 2¢

Where does one get these "professional" grade waxes and detailers? Why would they make different versions, wouldn't that just cost them more money instead of just making one for everyone? And why would they think the average guy doesn't want the best stuff?

The professional grade stuff is heavily controlled by EPA. We cannot even wash our car in the back with our detergents unless the water is reclaimed. Of course, I take home samples of it, so in smaller quantities, EPA do not track those users.
Professional grade must by law include all those protective statements. Here is a typical MSD that detailers need to know. I bet Mequiers, Turtle Wax, Mothers, Zymol, Klasse do not bother with these:

You can go to our website for products. Some are not available through web orders because of their chemical nature. Nobody wants to ship them.
