Im planning on purchasing the Ipod Integration Unit soon, and i understand that the white harness goes into the back of the HU. but where does the adapter box/the big box with the logo on it go? on the inside of the console? then the cable that comes from the box where do you thread that to? I searched and i didnt find anything but if theres a link feel free to post it here

That's because it's completely up to you. Some people hide it the unit, while others put it in the glovebox, etc. Also, the cable can be routed wherever you choose, as well.

I routed mine beside my shifter and out through the arm rest, works perfectly and is hidden well. I had to cut a little bit bigger hole where the "grate" is at the bottom of the armrest but other than that, steath install.

How do you not have armrests? I just installed mine today. Wasn't too bad. Routed it into the center armrest as well. I'm noticing that whether on cable or through bluetooth I get this faint bit of static which I'm not too happy about...

I think we are talking about the armrest between the two seats, not on the doors. You know, the thing where you put your CDs in.

The static I'm experiencing is very subtle, but definitely there. Not sure if I just got a bad one. Still better than FM transmitter of course though.
