Hey I was wondering if I can get an update on my order #19122? It's been a week since my last update (sent to warehouse) and I was just wondering if it had shipped or not. I just dropped over 1k on coilovers and was wondering what the status is at. I've dealt with you guys before from brake pads to HIDs (3 sets of them), front and rear turn signals, and numerous other things. Thanks for any reply.

i hope you emailed them as well, they don't come on here all the time, so i don't want you to think a lack of response here means anything.

Might not keep all the coilovers in stock. Took a little over a week to get my shocks shipped out from them, seemed they came from the warehouse directly. Don't worry, they'll get to you.

Indeed, the best way to contact us is via our website. TEIN dampers (coilovers) are not huge sellers for us, so we don't keep the in stock. When an order comes in, it usually takes about a week to ship. I believe the dampers for your order have already shipped. We should have tracking later today.

Further update: The dampers are on their way to us. We're expected to get them on Monday. We'll get them headed your way as soon as they come in.
