Okay so why when something goes wrong with the ballast do we have to send the ballast in before we get a new one?? Why cant we just put a deposite on the new ballast and when Apexcone recieves the old ballast cant we get a refund on the deposite? My light, lights up sometimes and then goes out but sometimes it does work, so in the mean time I dont wanna get pulled over becuase I have no headlight....

i have been debating ordering the HIDs from apexcone for a while now. it seems people keep having the same problems like ballasts going bad or apexcone shipping two different color temperatures in the same box. will this problem get fixed soon?

i hope so because when i bought these i had a problem with the passenger side from the get go....And now i have to be without a damn light for possibly a week....Im not too happy with this....I thought the customer service woulda been a lil better seeing their product failed.....I want the shark fin from RPM but I dunno right now Im not too happy.....Kinda sucks.....

I talked to david on the phone and what I was told to do was to make sure it was the ballast by switching bulbs and I did and I was told that I would recieve an email with Return Instructions....Which Iam not pleased with...Today I finally took the ballast out of the vehicle and Im gonna have to ship it on monday...Im not a newbe.......I have done my homework...Im not shitting on RPM Im just upset at the situation, Thats all! Now Iam driving with one HID and one regular bulb~

Please understand that we are simply following Apexcone's warranty procedures. We are an authorized service center for Apexcone and we must follow their procedures, which were detailed in the email that we sent. We realize that troubleshooting HID problems can be inconvenient, but Apexcone put the procedures in place in order to ensure that the correct parts are replaced.

They are generally pretty good at processing warranty returns in a timely manner. If they receive the package and it seems that it's taking too long, just give us a call or shoot us an email with your tracking number and we can put some pressure on them for you.

Bro I bought the slim ballast 55 watters and have had no issues for the past 5 months. You always hear more from the folks reporting of problems not from the satisfied customers. I say buy 'em. Donny has to have sold over 1,000 kits to members here on the club. I have only seen maybe 25-30 reports of issues.
