I ordered a AEM cold-air intake for my 4-banger and it has now been over 2 weeks and nothing, not even a tracking number.

I can't believe I actually bought something from them. Possibly the worst service I've ever encountered with buying performance parts online. Not to mention the fact that "Donny" said he would email me back the next day with my tracking number and it's now been 4 days. I can't believe it.

Wow...I have spent about a grand so far with rpm and they have always been stellar. Even when I had a problem, it was solved in a timely manner.

Just email or call donny or someone at rpm directly. They are there during the weekdays starting at 10am CST. Just keep on top of your order. If you expected a call or email back in a business day, call or email them back the following day. Everyone is busy at times.

It's not that I'm pissed off at Donny, I'm sure he's a busy man. It's the fact that I placed the order two weeks ago and still don't even have a tracking number for it. Those are usually sent a day or two after you place the order. I have yet to see the package or number.

I ordered something and didn't get a tracking number. Never really worried about it because I knew it would be here eventually. They aren't going to rip you off...it's not ebay here lol

Donny has been nothing but amazing for me. Are you sure the intake was in stock before you ordered it?

You're not going to get much support in this forum. RPM has just been awesome to this community.

If I'm not mistaken you must of ordered during thanksgiving holidays yea? Mate everyone ordered during that time cause of the 7% off, hell I ordered $1000 worth of stuff to come to Australia and I just got my tracking number now. You gotta be patient, I'm sure he is just busy trying to get everyones products. Especially if you picked a different colour and a few others picked that one as well (he may have to order some more)

Now I gotta go find the code to put RPM Devoted customer in my sig =)

I had a problem with one of my AWR Front Endlinks and he got it taken care of pretty quickly.
