I lost my 6 a week ago to an accident and need a new mazda , does anyone know what the new promotion is going to be? (New Jersey). The current one ends on 4/3/07 and i would like a little more time to decide on a vehicle

My experience is it never goes down. I am also thinking about waiting until after 4/3 to see if the rebates go up. Just last night I was haggling at a dealer. I told him I might wait to see if the rebates go up and he got pissed claiming he KNEW that they weren't going up. I'm guessing they probably won't go up, but man he was pissed.

That salesman wants you to buy ASAP.

Hahaha, I think so too. I might go back today since it's the last day of the month (actually, last day of the year) and see what they can do for me (or what I can do for them).

i was hoping there would be some sort of rebates for april because mine is suppose to arrive at the end of the month. i asked the dealer if you knew if mazda was doing anything and he didn't "specifically" say but hinted there "might" be a spring promo starting mid month. i really hope so. $1k-$2k would really save me up to $40/ month off my payment

On my calendars the year ends on Dec 31, not March 31

. But I don't believe there is any special significance to either date, in terms of getting a good deal on a new car. I think toward the end of any month, you might get lucky and find a dealer that needs a few more sales to earn some sort of bonus.
