Since my dealer (Senator) has lost all of their techs. due to closure, I was wondering if anybody in Nor-Cal has used Stockton Mazda for service/parts?

Thanks-

I have an appointment next Tuesday they have even promised me a loaner which even though it was in my purchase has been like pulling teeth around here. Hopefully they will get my boost issue resolved and I can put all of my stuff back on.

Thanks Adam. Good sign for the loaner. Senator never gave me a rental either. Please keep us updated. As you are, I'm looking forward to seeing you resolve your boost issues.

I'm spending way too money and time to keep the speed6 drivable. My wife hates this car with a passion. I see fun in the car, she thinks money pit POS.

My car is almost completely stock now. i don't want to start off on the wrong foot with a new dealership. They have been very accommodating though, since I have to take my son with me and then we need to come home the loaner was the only option. My car has been driving fantastically but of course in the low range i have 21lbs of boost before it starts fuel cutting. I hit the cut a couple times last night on accident. I am scared I could cause some real damage here if it isn't taken care of soon.
I have spent a lot of money on my car as well. I am fortunate that my wife sees it as my hobbie and thus spending on it is acceptable... plus she doesn't know how much I have spent on it.

More good news... CP-E found the issue with my standback it had a bad wire in the PNP Harness. They will be sending it back to me next week after they have had a chance to test it again. I think this car may work out after all. Rich, how do you like your TWM shifter I'm thinking this may be my next mod.

I love the TWM SS. I wanted a little shorter height so I went stage 2. The metal bushings helped out just a tad on the way the gates feel. I compared them with the rubber OEM bushings and found the difference to be that the metal bushings made shifting sharper and you feel better connected on where the tranny is going as it transmitted a bit more vibes in the shaft of the stick.

IMO, the rubber bushings made the shifter feel numb. Some folks here have even swapped out the counter weight with the Cobb counter weight to make the throws a little lighter but you could save $25.00 and hack the OEM off with near the same results. I left mine alone because I like the added weight especially shifting from 5th to 6th gear as I have to ride the "wall" to avoiding shifting into 4th gear.

I'm glad CP-E found the problem in the pnp SB. When you finish getting your car back and you add back your mods., let get together because I would like to compare your SB tune against my AP OTS flash.

We got close to the same mods. except your running a AEM CAI and I hacked my AEM to make it a SRI. Maybe we can con Sac6 to join us since he broke down and finally bought some MS springs. I'd like to see a wagon with a nice drop and aftermarket wheels.

Picking the springs up today. Install eta is up in the air at this point, but I'm always up for a get together.

Update... well they got me a loaner it's a Chrysler 300 from Enterprise. They called me today to say that Yes my car has been over boosting but they do not know exactly what is causing it. Try to talk to George if you go there I spoke with the other guy and he was kind of a dick. I told him what was going on and that I suspected the waste gate or the solenoid and he told me "my tech has 30 years of experience so I am sure he will figure it out." Yeah 30 Years and Mazda has had what 3 turbo cars. I am sure his vast experience with all cars will help him with the turbo on my motor.. Whatever I digress. So they hope to have it diagnosed tomorrow and them I will hopefully be picking up the car on Thursday. I am still looking for someone to weld my intercooler back up though.
