What does it have thats different besides the autobot symbol and the transformers vinyl? I know you can get the black stripes as a factory option over the yellow paint.

From Chevys website.

includes unique Transformers Rally Stripe in Black, Autobot shield wheel center caps, Transformers sill plates, Autobot shield embroidery on center console armrest and Autobot shield exterior badging.

If they gave the special edition the body kit like in the movie i would consider it. To each their own.

if you google images for transformers edition camaro it show pics of what gm should have released.

Ya know though, since you are already spending 30K+ for the SS, I look at it as what is a thousand more, especially when it just makes the car more unique.

Agreed. The special edition should have 100% gotten that front Fascia.
