Can someone tell me what is making this noise? Resolved!

Hello there!

This is my first post here on this forum, so I am hoping someone can listen to the video and tell me what they think is making this sound.

It's a 2006 Mazda 6 Sport 2.0 CDH GT

It was purchased a little over a month ago.
It was running great until one day it had no power. It felt like the turbo wasn't doing anything. Later I noticed that one of the vacuum lines came off that goes to the VBC valve. After plugging it back I could feel the power and the turbo doing its job. However around the same time a loud noise starting originating from around the exhaust/turbo area.
Also it isn't as smooth as it was before.

Any comments are greatly appreciated!

ps.: The link to the video is the title of the reply message below

Replace the boost solenoid. It's about $40.

Should be throwing P0045 error code.

If you want to check it first, disconnect the vacuum hose. Noise will go away.
I would also replace the vacuum line at the same time.

Now, I admit I've never hat that engine, but it's a pretty common point of failure.

Could also be the waste gate. Clean (carefully).

Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to check for any fault codes yet.
This engine has a variable geometry turbo so i believe it has no wastegate.
However I'm not sure I understand why a faulty boost control solenoid would cause this noise. Would you be so kind and elaborate on that?
