I have a 2005 Mazda 6 Wagon. I am not sure if it has the S package, but it comes with the fog lights built into the headlight assembly and not into the bumper. I looked at the car's manual on how to turn the fog light on and the car is supposed to have a dedicated switch for the fog lights, but my car does not have it. The only options I have is to turn my headlamps on and off, turn the brights on and off, and turn signals. I cannot find a way to turn on the fog light.

PLEASE HELP.

The picture of my headlight is attached.

Thank you in advance.

Is there a bulb behind the lens? You probably don't have integrated fogs...

On the headlight switch, there is another switch that allows you to turn the foglights on or off. I will try to post a pic later tonight when I get home.

yeah, this switch is shown on the car manual, but my car does not have it. yet I have the fog light. this is very weird. my head lights are not very bright which is why it would be nice to be able to turn on a second set of lights. but i guess i have some wiring to do.

Just to clarify, did you actually open the back cover and check to see that there is a bulb. Maybe you were just looking at it from the outside and mistaking the lens for a bulb?

Do you have side skirts?

Even if your vehicle does have the foglight option, which it almost positively doesn't, the foglights don't present usable lighting really. You won't notice any increase in nighttime lighting past the first 5 feet from your bumper.
