It is some sort of tube used for final inspection of a system in the vehicle. It is worthless once it leaves the assembly line. Although I heard you shouldn't screw with it.[/b]
What Kurf said.............................it's useless now (was used for inspection during final assembly) and do not mess with it, plug it or remove it.
