there is no way I would spend 80 bucks on wheels that were winter beaters to be cleaned up from curb rash. specially if i planned to plastic dip them..... which would fill most rash anyway.
lastly, for 80 bucks, you could probably order a new one of those wheels from tire rack almost.... |

Kreed: Thanks for clearify what those are under the clearn, though it really looks like debris cleared over. Still doesn't change the fact the guy painted the wheel a different color.
Flipper: The Wheel was curbed bad and needed to be straightended.
