Talking

Hello all,

This is open to everybody who wants to come down or up to CT for a really fun time.

There are a bunch of options that we can choose from so here they go:

Option 1:
We get a minimum of 10 ppl to run at least 2 heats at $15/heat (race) Races are 8 min long. Figure 40secs per lap average.

These are real gokarts, not the lil dinky crappy bumper gokarts you find in most places. At the end of the main straight you'll be doing close to 40mph! and you DO need to use your brakes

Option 2:
Rent the track for 1 hour for $1200 (we get 12 ppl that's $100/person) but it's a whole hour of track time. and $500 extra per additional hour after that.

PAYMENTS MUST ME MADE IN A LUMP SUM SO BRING CASH ONLY!!!

here is the link:
www.ontrackkarting.com

So when is a good time for everybody? Chime in with suggestions.

I'll vouch for this being crazy fun. These are not mini golf go-karts. They're fast, you have to wear a helmet and neckbrace, there are more rules, it's straight up racing. When you get off of the Kart for the first time, prepare to be in pain. You will have just gotten one of the greatest forearm workouts since last Sunday night with the Victoria's Secret catalog. Those prices are really good too. Usually it's 20 bucks a heat. I had a membership at On Track Karting the year that they opened, so I've got a pretty good amount of seat time there. VERY FUN. If you're looking for straight up adrenaline, this is the place to go.

Yea since when is it 15/heat?? It was always 25 and up when I used to go. Regardless depending on when I am in! As long as I don't have a wedding or something stupid like that. I live literally 10 mins down the road.

There is also lots of other stuff in the area we can do... for example... Archie Moores for after race beers?

It's $15/race IF we get at least 10 ppl with 2 races minimum. Otherwise it's $20/race for members or $25 for non members.
Cachetes, if you want I am going there on Friday from 3-6, they have a special right now. All you can race for 3 hours for $50 (members only but you can buy a membership). PM me if you wanna go.

I think it might be better to do weekends because most ppl are off that day. Glocker if you can try to swap a day with someone for a weekend. If not we can go any time anyway.
