Hard shift between 1st and 2nd gear sometimes

I have a Mazda6i ( 2004)- manual - 4 Cyclinder - 65K miles.

I have been doing the oil change(synthetic) regularly every 5K miles from day I brought my car.


I had recently got my car oil changed at a dealer and they checked all the fluid levels(I am hoping).


From past 2-3 months are so I am having a bit hard to shift my gears between 1st - 2nd. Whenever I am
at a stop sign and then have to put the 1st gear and then move to 2nd, its bit hard and I could see the car give a small jerk.


Any help or suggestions from the Mazda PROS in these forums.
