I got a week holidays starting this weekend and my car Mazda 2004 is remaining 2000 miles to reach 60,000 . So thinking of doing the service for it.So I need help and input from our club people. and gurus to tell me what should I do other than the things mention below.

1. Flushing engine oil.
2. changing oil filter and switching to synthetic Mobil 5W- 40
3. Replacing spark plugs.
4. Transmission oil.
5. clutch fluid replace.
6.Coolant replace.
7. Steering fluid replace.
8. Checking brake pads.
9. Engine wash.

My car is not as smooth as before. the clutch is weird sometimes it j udders sometimes it drives smooth . sometimes the pedal travel is short sometimes it normal. The clutch is the most weird thing. Also when I step the gas or step off the gas in running the car takes small jerk.

1. Flushing engine oil.
2. changing oil filter and switching to synthetic Mobil <strike>5W- 40</strike> 5-20 is what is recommended, if you want more protection run 5-30 at the most.
3. Replacing spark plugs.
4. Transmission oil.
5. <strike>clutch fluid replace.</strike> The clutch uses brake fluid shared from the same reservoir. If you want, you can flush your brake lines starting from back, then the front, then the clutch line.
6.Coolant replace.
7. Steering fluid replace.
8. Checking brake pads.
9. Engine wash.

The 6s' clutch is known to judder because it is a piece of crap, pedal vagueness is a sign that you need to bleed your clutch line, and your rear engine mount is probably shot which is causing your engine to jerk when you step on and off the gas.

and don't FLUSH the oil, just drain it and change the filter.

maybe a seafoam would be a good idea at that mileage.

Is there a reason to not flush the oil.I was using doing in all my previous cars. Sir sea foam is not available in my country is there any alternative to this product from more international brand like delco or lube something.

There is nothing wrong with flushing the oil unless you enjoy wasting time and money. It serves no appreciable purpose. The only reason I would consider doing that is to flush out sludge from a poorly maintained engine, or if the cranckase has been badly contaminated somehow. Otherwise a simple fluid/filter change is all you need.
