The "motion blur" is a ~10-20 pixel thick "slice" of the center pic (at each end) that I resized (streched it out with free transform) and then added motionblur.. with some tranparency and eraser to get the transitions... Transition between the yellow car pic and the center car pic is somewhat bad but I don't have the mental strength to change it ;)

Otherwise it's just cut-n-paste... Only thing I really done myself is the large Mazda Atenza text... and that is not hard :P

Its nice, I think it opens a new form of artistic style that I've rarely seen in wallpapers.
