Rev drop too fast and stalls

What makes the rpms drop too fast to the point that the engine shuts off?
Without a load it revs and drops fine but I drive when I hit the brakes hard or even idling with the ac on if i rev past 4k and let it drop it stalls the car..
Some suggested the internals are too light ( forged with balance shaft delete) so it's too free and drops to rapidly for the ecu to catch the idle...

My question is what makes this happen and how to fix? I have an aem fic 6 incase you ask what I tune with..

I'd be looking for a vacuum leak or a leak in the rubber intake tube.
