so, what kind of track are we talking about?

road course?
autocross?

Honestly, driver mod will do more than anything else for any track. After that, it depends on the target environment....

1/4 mile drag, and an autocross course. Unfourtunately theres not much i can do to upgrade my driving skills in the dangerous montreal streets :P Was just asking for tips to keep my car free from harm during my first track experience.

For autoX, make sure fluids are full, tires have a bit of extra air, battery is secure, ball joints, wheel bearings and tierod ends are tight, and the car interior is empty.
