interesting story....but if to go private sale the fact that there has been a previous accident will shy potential buyers away. So indirectly I think it does impact the price & the length of time it would take to sell the vehicle, my 2 cents.

Sucks, but glad it didn't get "totaled".

I think something very similar happened to my car during a previous ownership because both of my driver side door skins as well as a few misc parts have been replaced and the whole side of the car has been repainted.

I took the car to Schneider Auto. They're arranging the powdercoat, but I'm not sure who's doing the work for them.

If you'd like to PM me a quote, I'll compare it to what Schneider quoted me. Also, the other three wheels will need to be sand blasted to the crap paint off.

That's about right. The bumper was bent a little and a little piece of plastic on the front corner got broken. They just don't make them like they used to.
