That mean your clutch is toast (or on the verge). Be easy on it for now until replaced.
We don't have a lot of options for aftermarket.
The race clutches or the upgraded ones are hit and miss and can have lower life.
Our flywheels are dual mass and are recommended to be replaced at the time of clutch change. These bad boys cost a $1000.
I like OEM clutch ($300tops) and a lightweight flywheel (Fidanza lightweight, for example) for 400$
Do some searching here and on MSF; lots and lots and lots of info out there.
We cant use ACT clutches?. I was looking into those...
