Ive driven a few speeds so i have been able to directly compare them. Id love to get into a speed but id miss my hatch WAY too much.

Id say if you can find a V6 MTX in good shape with service records showing its been maintained properly then go for it.

If the AWD is something you think you will really need then keep looking for a speed6 or consider a Subaru.

Nothing wrong with this option either. Any 6 will make a fine car.

You can buy a ms6 for 10k in Texas, have it shipped north, and still pay less than a regular 6 in that area lol

I have an '06 Speed6. It's a fun car, but as pointed out by many already, requires a lot of TLC. I have a love/hate relationship with mine.

I'm going to look at a 2006 6S Grand Touring 5-spd this week. It's fully loaded, black on black, navigation, 84,XXX miles, and priced at $8250.

How's the handling and steering response on the 6S? I used to own a 2005 Mazda3S and I loved how light it felt, the handling, and the steering response.

I love the way my 6s handles. Very good steering response. I imagine it wouldnt feel as light as a 3 though.
