Well at least with what I just read, the worst case would be that if he didn't unmarry then I could have him supply the proof of the car being totaled and cobb would then do it for free(short of shipping and handling).

Haven't unmarried yet but plan to do it when I go to pick up my personal stuff in a couple of days. I'll get off my ass and get things posted soon as I can.

Update: Insurance company gave me $500 for my aftermarket stuff and offered me $3700 to buy it back. Considering the extent of undercarriage damage, the repairs are well beyond my time, space and abilities. Just sad to see a meticulously cared for low mileage engine and drivetrain go to scrap yard.
