Throttle body actuator/p2100?

My Speed6 has been going in limp mode. Got the car scanned and P2100 came up, throttle body circuit open.

I tried cleaning the throttle body, I checked the male end of the sensor and all 7 copper pins are in perfect shape, and I pulled the battery 2x and the car will still go in limp mode after 20 miles. Recently, I cleaned the EGR and some intake cleaner was sprayed in the intake. However, I've cleaned that sensor and the light will still go on

Do I have to get a new throttle body has this happened to anyone before? Thanks

Dang you are the first. No one answered this? Yeah I think you followed all the steps I would also check any fuses. Normally I would get a voltmeter to see if there is any electrical continuity. I would also check the voltage. Really the only way to fix it is with the work shop manual.
