Default Coolant house routing, diagram?

Hi guys, I need a little help with the coolant hose system for this car. I can see where the upper and lower radiator hoses go and of course where the heater hoses go in and out of the firewall. I also see the in and out hose for the throttle body. I have sprung a leak, however, with a smaller hose (looks to be about an inch in diameter, maybe an inch and a half.

There is somewhat of a "hub" where the upper radiator hose hooks into the engine head. Right there at the same area there are two other smaller hoses that also connect to the head. The one, of the two small hoses, that's leaking is the hose that run away from this hub and back towards the front of the engine and appears to run under the intake manifold from what I could see.

Does anyone have any knowledge or helpful reference material for this kind of thing? Thanks!

Why not go to the dealership, have them look up in their parts system. Usually there's a diagram you can look at & point out the specific hose you need.

Take it home, remove the old, slide on the new. Burp the coolant system & call it good?

LOL as a matter of fact, I'm about a 1/3 Irish. I could go to a dealership but it isn't overly convenient. I tried finding some diagrams online but havent seen any worth a damn. Isn't there some sort of oil/coolant heat exchanger near the oil filter? This hose seems to run back down under the intake area and maybe downwards. Pretty much impossible to tell, can't see a damn thing in there.

By the way, what is the procedure for burping the system? I usually get it warmed up and carefully undo the radiator cap to let air escape and then put it back on, run the car some more and repeat.

Pictures: Sorry number 2 is a little blurred but I'm pointing to it with my finger. You might be able to tell that it is right near the engine head outlet for the upper radiator hose (which is removed).

Anyone? I am thinking at 153,000 miles I ought to just replace all the hoses to the cooling system as a preventative measure.
