Hey gang,

Need some thoughts/opinions/advice...

I am still rolling with the skinny stocker rims and quite frankly, I HATE THEM!!! They make the car look weak...

That said, I'm really digging BMORRISJ's MSR 045 set up and I've seen a few others that make the car look soooo much better with a more aggressive width and offset.

So here are the ask:

- Have any of you guys been successful in selling your skinny stockers??? I was thinking of pinning them up at the dealer as well as posting on this site. Any other suggestions such as realistic price point would be greatly appreciated.

- If you have one handy, send me a photo of your rims to help make my decision that much more difficult!!!

Thanks in advance...

Cheers,

Perma-Grin

P.S. If you are interested or know someone who is, make me an offer!!! Yes, yes, I'll post properly in the for sale section...

I bought a set of stock rims awhile back for $300 off Craigslist and they seemed to be going on eBay at the time for around $400. I would not expect to get much more than that, even if they are perfect.

I don't think this is quite the width and offset you're looking for, but I won't pass up the opportunity to post photos of my car. :P

I sold my absolutely pristine stockers a little while back for like $350 (I think). I felt like that was one hell of a deal for the buyer. Wish I never sold them. They were just taking up too much space.

If I can find a place to get the tires put on my new rims for summer I will post them up. Im really excited as I love the new rims I got and think they will look sweet.

I sold my skinny stockers when I first bought the car over 3 years ago. I think I sold them for $550... that was the going rate back then!

Here are a few pics of my setup now, they are 19x8 +37 offset w/ 235/35 tires. I also have pics of my old setups with some 18 in wheels as well if you want to see.

I sold my stockers & tires with 3000 miles on them for $700 to a member of a local Mazda club.
