Lots of other Mazda enthusiasts swear by replacement shift knobs to eliminate some "notchi-ness" and travel... and it is also said the car feels much better with a heavier knob....

Anyone on here replaced the knob yet? Lets see some pics

i replaced mine with the TWM .44 Magnum

i actually did talk to a few people at the last meet about this. I felt the heavier knob deinately aided in the ease of shifting. i'll see if i can come up with some pics....i may have one around here somewhere...

I would replace it, but my hand is still smoking from the trim ring around the shifter. Turns out the sun makes it a little hot...
