Took out the back panel and this is what I saw.

Bracing


Closer Look


And then I found the latch!!!!! One for each side.


Flip the latch and this is what happens.


I am a happy man now that I found that it is possible to carry bigger items in the trunk.

What, did they make it where you have to take apart your trunk to put the seats down?

Just a small panel, held in with speed clips.

Takes all of 30 seconds to get it out.

I guess access to the latches are throught the trunk only?

Through truck only for now.

Might make up some carbon fiber pulls so that I can get to them from the baqck seats.

This has just made my mind up, i have to get one, can u just get the latch levers from the dealer, i want to make mine look standard, no metal showing. will it be easy to cut holes in the boot trim to fit the levers?
