How can I turn my seats into memory ones?

What's the point of having power seats, if you cannot store memory of the position. It is pointless. My seats are always moved by the guys who do my oil changes. I don't tell them anything, because I'm moving my seat all the time, when is time to vacuum the car, I will have to slide the seat back and I will lose my ideal position anyway. Whatever ideal position I found, I will lose when is time to vacuum.

There has to be a way to put something on that damn button that slides the seat back and forth, so you can set it there and "remember" to put it back again. I can't believe nobody has come up with something for us peasants without memory seat to at least, have something similar to it.

I'm very well aware you cannot install GT seats and even if it was possible, it would cost thousands. There has to be a ghetto way to make it more "memory" like

You want ghetto? Adjust your seat where you want it to be, get some tape (preferably neon), and put a strip of tape along the floor-lined up with the front of your seat and the back. Boom.

Sadly, I don't even have power seats, let alone memory ones .

Or just go to Mazda parts store and literally buy all the neccesary parts for it..

The frame alone is more expensive than your car.

Did not say it would be cheap, most feasible would to go to a junkyard and find a GT Driver side seat.

someone with electronics know-how would probably be able to accomplish this with very minimal expense (raspi, optocouplers, MOSFET, resistors and such, I would imagine parts less than $30) however that is way beyond my level of skill.
However...
IF you want to be hack about it, it sounds like you are the only one who drives your car typically, just get your seat where you want it and pull the cable.
