my butterfly plate does not close all the way, should it?

thanks I kind of figured that there should be a gap in it but I wasn't quite sure if the electronic throttle just automatically open a gap when it started or what,

ok i ended up getting it on, seems to work good, the noticed much smoother throttle take offs, i ended up polishing a second one up now too, since i had spares, i guess ill find out if it help my fuel mileage though, im might put one for sale on the forum.

Dude, you should make some cleanning to that battery, it seems like is going to eat you engine with that sulfate! Nice to know your TB polished worked, I'm trying the procedure on my 6.

engine bay has been detailed since then, battery too haha
it was the battery out of my wrangler so it never got cleaned. the method works pretty well, the only thing i wish i would have done was a fine polishing after the porting, ive sold a few now to others on the forum, and worked some for friends |
