I don't know what bulb is used on the HVAC area, but I just replaced the cigarette light/ ashtray bulb with a #74 bulb

i have a ms6 and mine went out as well they are called miniature wedge bulbs you can get any color, but the stock red led will match but be slightly brighter so replace all 5 when you go and to it. and make sure you get the smaller mini wedge bulbs you can get them on e-bay for cheap

Hey guys, are these the bulbs we need? Instrument Cluster and Gauge | LED Car Bulbs | Super Bright LEDs I'm pretty sure I found another post on here saying they were neo wedge bulbs like this or something. Unfortunately most of the links in the older posts about this don't work, and neither do the pictures. The bulb in my AC button went out and I'm looking to replace the three climate control knob bulbs with blue LED's. Any help is appreciated.

Seems about right. They're the 4mm. if I recall. Ironically, one of my bulbs went out last night on blower knob as well.
I think they're also amber in color.
I know that the stealership wants $20.00 usd per bulb ...
so going with the super brite guys is the way to go.

How many bulbs are there total behind the three knobs? Just three or are there more (maybe to achieve an even lighting effect with no dark areas or different parts of the knob.)? Thanks for the help.

Thumbs up

While installing my Auxmod, I only saw three. But to be sure I'll have to pull everything apart again.
*edit*
Here's something I found: DIY: Changing your dash colors (Gauge and Radio))
