PEOPLE BEWARE..MEMBER "enuff said" IS A SCAMMER
As the title suggests I got ripped off by member "enuff said" (name removed) and wanted to warn people in here in order to avoid losing their money as I did.
The story is as follows... About a month ago, I noticed the following topic in the "for sale"section FS: Series 69 K&N CAI for 4 CYL 2009 I got curious because it was still open, so I asked the seller if the item is still for sale and he replied that it is, as the previous sale fell through. We agreed on the price ($175 incl postage overseas), and I paid through PAYPAL. He informed me, he would send the item asap and would email me the tracking no. 4 days later, after repeatedly asking him, he told me he had sent the item that morning. When I asked again for the tracking no., he replied that he had moved States, and the receipt might have slipped somewhere but he would find it. That was his last message..He never replied to my messages again, and of course never provided any tracking no. or any proof that he did send the CAI... There have been more than 4 weeks since he took my money and I never got what I paid for. So people beware of this scammer... Last edited by Mz6GreyGhost; 12-11-2012 at 08:48 PM. I do have only 2 posts in here , but I also have all the correspondence between me and him, to prove my sayings...
I did contact PAYPAL btw, and planning to do the same with all relevant authorities regarding internet faud, my credit card company, and also his commanding officer, as he claim to be a US army soldier... |

I don't think it matters, where it has been posted...
as for the sale, it is obvious that I should have been wiser...anyway this thread will not get my money back (although will get them by using every legal way I can)...it is only intended to warn people for scammers.... |
