Default In the drivers ed car...

So, i just went 45 mins. Perfect driving. Highway. Scored a 10/10. Sweet.
Now, it's my partners turn to drive.
He just got his permit last week, lol.
So, the highway is NOT going to work, so we are taking back roads. Now it's a 1.5 hour drive.
THIS GUY IS GOING TO GET MY KILLED. Lane changes without looking. Flyin over bumps. Omg.
If i don't come back alive, then i want you all to know this website is awesome c:
& HE IS SLAMMIN ON THE BRAKES LOL

P.S. this fucking HHR has no leg room. I'm 6'0 and crying for just an inch of room...
Sitting sideways. Lol. Just wanna be back in the mazda <3

Lol I remember those days. Never understood how people could be 'bad' at driving. Like seriously..?

I don't want to hear it. :P I had to do 4 classes with my best friend, with each session being 1 hour per driver. Doesn't sound too bad.. Until you learn she can't drive. We literally almost caused an accident because the teacher told her to pass a car, and she proceeded to stare at it "because the color is pretty". Obviously, the car started to drift, and the teacher had to grab the wheel at about 70 MPH. She also likes to go about 55 in 30 zones (so much so that she looked over at our teacher and asked why the car wasn't going any faster and he told her that he was holding the brake because she was speeding too much), and refuses to go over 40 when we're on the interstate. When she changes lanes, she doesn't gently glide over like you're supposed to.. She swerves.

A couple months later, she told me she passed the driving test, which I was shocked at. Even more shocking was that she then told me her dad bought her a standard. I just looked at her and was like, "hun, does he realize you can't even drive an auto?" The sad part was, her reply: "THAT'S WHAT I SAID!"

Heh- I kinda like the idea
It'll either keep her off the road, or force her to pay attention to what she's doing

Save the manual!

I told her I'd teach her how to drive it. She was like, "I don't need to know how to drive my car." o.O

According to her, she "forgets" that she's the person driving.

Nice of you to try & help out! Lead by example & all that

I blame Twitter..... No need for The Fast & The Furious, now it's Short and Soundbytes... "I live life 140 characters at a time..."

Other random attention span comments here, then a face palm pic...

I honestly don't know how I would have taught her.. I don't understand people who can drive standard without at least somewhat understanding how an engine works. I love her to death, but she's one of those people that doesn't know what oil is used for. She was amazed by the fact that my car had 3 pedals.
